This role plays a critical role in bridging business needs, people processes, and technology solutions across the People & Culture function. This role is responsible for analysing, documenting, improving, and optimising HR processes while ensuring HR technology solutions effectively support business objectives and employee experiences.
What You’ll Bring
EXPERIENCE IMPLEMENTING WITH THE LIKES OF WORKDAY, DAYFORCE OR SUCCESSFACTORS IS ESSENTIAL
- Proven experience (6+ years) in business analysis within complex, enterprise environments
- Robust experience delivering HR, HRIS, or cross-functional transformation initiatives
- Advanced stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and influencing skills
- Experience working within Business Capability Management frameworks
- Process modelling tools experience
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and shape clear problem definitions and solutions
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
This is a new opportunity with a leading business in south west Sydney The location is in the Campbeltown / Camden / Liverpool / Narellan / Macarthur area.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end complex Dayforce WFM implementations, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and align workforce policies, scheduling practices, and compliance needs
- Configure and optimize:
- Time Calculation Rules
- Pay Policies & Entitlements
- Attendance Management
- Advanced Scheduling
- Job Costing & Labor Allocation
- Time Clocks & Punch Policies
- Time Entry Imports and Time Import Wizard
- Design solutions that support complex labor compliance requirements, including overtime regulations.
- Develop and support testing strategies, UAT, issue resolution, and production readiness activities.
- Partner with Payroll, HR, Benefits, Integrations, and Project Management teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Provide client training, knowledge transfer, and mentorship to junior consultants.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of Workforce Management implementation experience.
- Proven success leading complex full lifecycle WFM implementations.
- Advanced configuration expertise across Dayforce Workforce Management modules.
- Strong knowledge of labor regulations, workforce compliance, and complex scheduling environments.
- Exceptional consulting, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements while delivering an outstanding client experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workforce Management certification(s).
- Experience implementing solutions for healthcare, manufacturing, utilities, public sector, or other complex workforce environments.
- Enterprise HCM project leadership or workstream lead experience.
