Airmark Ocean & Air Logistics is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a adaptable, part-time basis.

We are a freight forwarding and logistics business operating across three states, and we're looking for someone who can provide hands-on HR support and practical advice to management and employees across the business .

The role is primarily remote, with occasional attendance at our Taren Point office in NSW when required.

Hours: 7.6 hours per week, with flexibility around how the hours are worked. The hours can be spread across one or more days to suit the successful candidate and the needs of the business.

About the Role

You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR needs of the business, including:

- Providing practical HR advice and guidance to management
- Employee relations, performance and disciplinary matters
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Preparing and reviewing employment contracts and HR documentation
- Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
- Assisting with workplace issues and investigations
- HR compliance and maintaining appropriate records
- Providing advice on Fair Work requirements and Australian employment legislation
- General HR support as required

About You We're looking for someone who:




- Has solid experience in an HR Advisor, HR Manager or HR Consultant role
- Has strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Fair Work requirements
- Is confident dealing with employee relations, performance and workplace issues
- Can provide practical, commercially focused advice to management
- Is professional, approachable and able to maintain confidentiality
- Can work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
- Is comfortable working remotely and communicating regularly with management

Experience in the freight forwarding, transport or logistics industry would be an advantage, but is not essential.
