We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a leading global organization in Sydney, Australia.

? Location: Sydney, Australia | Hybrid

? Experience: 10–15 Years

? Salary: Up to 130K to 135K AUD

? Employment Type: Full-Time Perm role.

- Leadership coaching




- HR analytics & reporting
- WHS compliance
- Multi-site HR management
- HRIS experience — Workday preferred

Industry preference:

Experience supporting blue-collar / operational workforces in industries such as:
