About the role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated HVAC Insulator to join our team. This is a full time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime available. You will be responsible for insulating HVAC ductwork and related components while working alongside a skilled and supportive production team in our modern workshop.

Key responsibilities

- Insulating HVAC ductwork and related sheet metal products
- Operating CNC machines
- Measuring, cutting, and fitting insulation materials
- Maintaining high-quality workmanship standards
- Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
- Ensuring compliance with company safety procedures
- Assisting with general workshop duties as required

About you

- Previous HVAC insulation experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a great workplace culture
