About the role An experienced Hydraulic BIM Modeller / BIM Manager role taking ownership of Revit modelling standards while stepping into a leadership role overseeing BIM processes across projects. This opportunity blends hands-on modelling with process ownership and mentoring — helping shape how the business delivers BIM across its project portfolio.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and manage detailed hydraulic Revit models across a range of project types and scales
- Set up and maintain BIM execution plans (BEPs), modelling standards and templates
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, fire and structural disciplines through federated models and clash detection (Navisworks)
- Manage model quality, version control and compliance with client/project BIM requirements
- Mentor and support junior modellers/drafters, reviewing outputs for accuracy and standards compliance
- Liaise directly with project engineers, external consultants and clients on BIM deliverables




- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal BIM workflows, families and content libraries

About you

- Strong hydraulic services modelling background (drainage, water supply, gas, fire services highly regarded)
- Proven experience in Revit MEP, with working knowledge of Navisworks
- Prior experience in a BIM management, lead modeller or senior modeller capacity
- Understanding of ISO 19650 or similar BIM standards/workflows
- Ability to read and interpret hydraulic engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong communication skills — comfortable liaising with engineers, other disciplines and clients
- Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior team members
- Building services consultancy experience essential; tier 1 or tier 2 background highly regarded
