SWB Plus, part of the Statewide Bearings Group, is a wholly Australian owned business with more than 50 years of industry experience. With 9 workshops nationally, we are expanding our Hydraulics Hose & Fittings team with the expansion into the NSW market. We are seeking an experienced Hydraulics Sales Engineer to support with the implementation of our sales and operational strategy. Based at our Beresfield site, you will play a key role in developing our presence in core industries.
Key responsibilities
- Development of the sales pipeline in core industries including Earthmoving, Waste Management, Wind and Mining across NSW
- Installation of hydraulic hose assemblies on site at customers or in one of our SWB Plus workshops
- Provide high-quality Hydraulic Hose and Fittings service to clients, provide technical advice and recommendations
- Documentation and administration including the processing of quotations and orders
- Support with Training both with Customers and internal team members
About you
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the Hydraulics Hose and Fitting industry
- Knowledge of the sector including an existing network
- Demonstrated experience as a Fitter, Mechanic or Machinist would be advantageous
- Excellent operational skills and ability to self-manage your time and workflow while meeting all company objectives and standards
- Good communication skills, able to communicate to customers in a professional manner
- Strong WH & S mindset and focus
- IT competent including MS Office and other programs
