The Role
We are seeking a qualified Plumber / Mechanical Plumber / Hydronic Heating Installer / HVAC Installer with experience to join our installation and service team. The position offers the opportunity to work with innovative, energy-efficient technologies while continuing to develop your expertise in hydronic heating and mechanical plumbing.
This is a hands-on installation role working across residential and commercial projects throughout Sydney. You will install hydronic underfloor heating, radiator and mechanical plumbing systems, including pipework, manifolds, pumps, valves and associated components. You will also pressure test, fill, flush and commission systems, carry out fault finding and servicing where required, and complete client handovers.
We are looking for a self-motivated team player who can think on their feet and brings a positive, can-do attitude. You will be joining a friendly and qualified team that takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent service.
Role Responsibilities
- Install, commission and maintain high-efficiency mechanical plumbing and hydronic heating systems to a high standard of workmanship
- Plan and manage day-to-day material orders and workflow
- Liaise with builders, other trades and clients on site to ensure smooth project delivery
- Deliver projects in line with builder schedules
- Provide technical support and advice to clients on system operation and maintenance
- Maintain high safety standards on site
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of work completed
- Stay up to date with developments in hydronic heating technology and industry best practices
Skills & Personal Attributes
- Qualified plumber or mechanical plumber
- Hydronic heating experience highly regarded
- Experience with mechanical pipework, pumps, valves and heating systems advantageous
- Current NSW driver’s licence
- Construction White Card
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects
- Professional when dealing with builders, trades and homeowners
- Keen to develop your skills and grow as a key member of the business
- Applicants must have the right to work in Australia
