We're partnering with an ASX-listed organisation at the forefront of emerging technologies, seeking an experienced Level 2 ICT Support Officer to join their team on an initial 6-month contract. Based in the CBD with a hybrid working model, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality IT support to a diverse user base while contributing to ongoing service improvement initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

- Providing Level 1 and Level 2 support across end-user computing environments
- Troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, mobile devices and peripheral hardware
- Managing user accounts, Active Directory, Entra ID, access permissions and endpoint-related issues
- Logging, updating and resolving incidents and service requests within the ITSM platform
- Escalating complex issues to specialist teams with detailed diagnostic information
- Supporting device provisioning, software deployments, hardware replacements and onboarding/offboarding activities
- Contributing to technical documentation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives




- Delivering exceptional customer service while working within agreed SLAs

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in a Level 2 EUC or Desktop Support role
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, Active Directory and Entra ID
- Experience supporting endpoint devices in a corporate environment
- Exposure to ITIL-based Service Desk environments and SLA-driven support models
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with broader technology teams
