The Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a junior ICT Support Officer to join the ICT Operations team in Melbourne. The organisation is seeking someone with 1-2 years of IT support experience who has a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and enjoys providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

- Provide Level 1 Service Desk support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware,



software and Microsoft 365 issues
- Assist with user account and access management
- Escalate technical issues when required
- Deliver high-quality customer service and support

Requirements

- Baseline Security Clearance (Mandatory)
- 1-2 years' experience in IT Support, Help Desk or Service Desk
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Working Arrangements

- Melbourne-based role
- 5 days onsite for the first 3 months
- Hybrid arrangement available thereafter (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH)
