EOI - ILS Consultants and ILS Managers - Defence

These work packages lie across the LAND, SEA, JOINT and SPACE domains of CASG, NSSG and GWEO.

Due to the nature of the work we have a strong preference for candidates who are based in Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide or Sydney. These roles are full time and people seeking both permanent and contract work are encouraged to apply.

- Contribute to the development of methodology, processes, tools, and management systems required for the operations planning, maintenance, engineering, supply support, production and other technical and support elements for complex ADF systems.
- Assist with planning the requirements, design and implementation of ILS capabilities and support infrastructure enhancements required for ADF systems.
- Participate in stakeholder working groups and meetings as required and provision of logistics advice
- Provide logistics input to the development of any CCP's, SoW's and ECP's as applicable.
- Management of all project related training activities, including delivery both internal and external to Australia.
- Provide Transition Support / Management to the Sustainment Managers as and when required.

The ideal candidate will have:

- An existing or reinstatable Australian Defence security clearance (essential).




- Demonstrated ILS/ Inventory Management/ Logistics Engineering experience, either within CASG or a Defence Prime contractor.
- Extensive experience with MILIS, LSA and ERP management, preferably within C4i or EO.
- Prior experience in leading teams or working within teams of logistics professionals.
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- High levels of EQ (you should hopefully know what this is).
- Consulting experience (desirable). If not, we can teach you.
