About The Role:
Working in our offices in Deakin, as part of our close knit team of Client Service Officers, we are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Implementation Officer to assist our advisers with all post-meeting implementation activities. This role is responsible for ensuring client recommendations and administrative actions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
This position is ideal for someone who has a strong sense of responsibility, enjoys process-driven work, and is eager to develop a long-term career in financial services.
About The Right Person:
We will provide training, however previous experience in a Financial Planning firm or skilled services is highly regarded. In return we are seeking someone who is well presented and articulate, with a professional “can-do” attitude and appearance, who is pro-active, friendly and outcome-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage implementation of adviser recommendations across investment, superannuation, insurance, and platform accounts.
- Prepare and process forms and documentation for transactions and account changes.
- Coordinate platform implementations and account maintenance requests.
- Update Force and internal workflow systems to ensure adviser dashboards remain current.
- Upload, organise, and maintain client documentation and records.
- Assist with preparation and implementation of Statements of Advice (SOAs) and related documentation.
- Monitor outstanding implementation tasks and follow up providers, platforms, and clients as required.
- Ensure compliance documentation is completed and stored correctly.
- Liaise with product providers and platform administrators regarding transaction progress.
- Support advisers with administrative and operational requirements following client meetings.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

- Ability to follow processes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Comfortable working with systems, workflows, and documentation.
- Willingness to learn and develop financial planning knowledge.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Previous administration experience within financial planning, banking, superannuation, or skilled services is highly regarded.
