Job Description

This is an active leadership position. Black Fox Industries is a commercial concrete company looking for an experienced Foreman to oversee civil, industrial, and commercial projects throughout South East QLD. You will be a hands-on leader who prefers running jobs from the front line, taking complete ownership of the site and taking serious pride in your work.

Key responsibilities

- Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
n
- QA all completed works
n
- Manage and coordinate site activities from commencement through to completion
n
- Supervise and lead employees, subcontractors, and site crews
n
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to budget
n
- Liaise with builders, project managers, suppliers, and other trades
n
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control
n
- Organise labour, materials, and equipment requirements
n
- Monitor and enforce workplace health and safety requirements
n
- Identify and resolve site issues proactively
n

About you

- Carpenters or Concreters background welcome to apply
n
- Versatile on-site experience across civil, commercial, and industrial environments
n
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with employees, clients, subcontractors, and management
n
- Able to set out slab edge boards shutters rebates stairs when required
n
- Total Station experience is desirable but not essential
n
- Accountable team player who can problem solve on the fly
n
