Job Description

Whitehorse City Council is recruiting a Culture and Organisational Development Lead (Senior Executive Contract) to steer the organisation's workforce strategy, leadership development and employee experience from the Nunawading Civic Centre.

You will develop strategic frameworks for talent, engagement and inclusion, lead a small team, drive culture improvements, and partner with the Manager People & Culture to deliver a future‐ready workforce.
