Job Description

Ethos is seeking an experienced consumer insights manager to help train an AI language model on qualified documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own the full study lifecycle from interview design to insight synthesis, delivering high-quality, craft-focused output for key workflows.

The role is fully remote with flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more). Compensation is $70/hour with ASAP start.
