About the Role

As Store Manager, you will lead a team of approximately 30 across multiple areas of the store, taking ownership of operational standards, team performance, customer experience and commercial results.

- Lead and develop a team of approximately 30 employees

- Oversee multiple departments and all aspects of store operations

- Drive sales, profitability and overall store performance

- Coach, develop and motivate your leadership and frontline teams

- Maintain high operational, merchandising and customer service standards

- Take a hands‐on approach to supporting the team and running the store

Skills and Experience
n

- Proven Store Manager experience within FMCG, big‐box or large‐format retail
n
- Demonstrated experience leading teams of 20+ employees
n
- Strong commercial and operational understanding
n
- Experience managing store budgets, P&L; and profitability
n
- A track record of developing people and improving team performance
n
- Confident, hands‐on leadership style with the ability to lead from the floor
n
- Reliable, committed and accountable approach to leadership
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
