About the role

Fidler Industrial has an prospect for a highly motivated supervisor.

In this role you will be required to assist in the following,

- Coordinating and managing team members on maintenance outages across a number of sites in the Bowen Basin.




- Demonstrating a commitment to safety and provide leadership in this area to Fidler Industrial work Groups
- Building and maintain relationships with clients
- Attending client meetings to provide assistance/input in up and coming maintenance events as required
- Actively manage individual performance of team members

Skills and experience

- Demonstrated Leadership skills
- S1 S2 S3 and G2
- Trade Qualification - highly regarded
- Previous experience supervising on a QLD Minesite.
- Sound computer Skills
- Sound Knowledge of Draglines and Rope Shovels In Return
- Weekly pay
