About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative at United Rentals you will be a key customer contact at our branch located in Wetherill Park, with responsibility for quoting, selling and fulfilling orders for our General Rental equipment and services to meet customer needs.

What you'll do:

- Establish new hire and sales accounts by proactively responding to inbound customer calls and walk-ins
- Process rental quotes, reservations and contracts
- Generate leads for current business and communicate leads
- Warm call on lost and/or dormant accounts to retain business

Here’s what we are looking for:

- Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in retail sales and customer service
- Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
