Role Description This part time remote role combines Integration Engineer and Implementation Specialist responsibilities to support the deployment of technical solutions for Ultra Energy USA’s customers. Day-to-day tasks include configuring and integrating software and systems into existing client environments, collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, and translating those needs into technical implementation plans.

The role involves troubleshooting integration issues, analyzing system performance, and documenting implementation steps, configurations, and best practices. The specialist will assist in testing new integrations, validating data flows, and ensuring smooth handoffs to operations and support teams. Regular communication with internal engineers and external clients is expected to coordinate timelines, manage expectations, and continuously improve integration processes.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret technical requirements, assess system behavior, and optimize integration performance.




- Proficiency in troubleshooting to identify root causes, resolve integration and configuration issues, and support ongoing system reliability.
- Experience with software development and integration, including working with APIs, scripts, or custom tools to connect applications and data sources.
- Background in systems engineering, with the ability to understand end-to-end architectures, interfaces, and dependencies across platforms.
- Familiarity with energy or industrial domains is beneficial, including exposure to SCADA, IoT, or related technical environments.
- Comfort working in a remote, part-time setting with solid self-management, time management, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with version control, documentation tools, and basic project coordination is an advantage.
