I’m currently partnering with two highly regarded consultancies in Sydney that are growing their Mechanical Building Services teams. Both offer something a little different — from high-end commercial fitouts for major global brands to large-scale, complex Tier 1 projects.

Opportunity 1 – Intermediate to Senior Mechanical Engineer | Major Projects

If you want Tier 1 calibre projects without all the red tape, this could be a great move. This national consultancy is backed by a global organisation, while retaining a more agile and personable working environment. Their Sydney office is the Australian head office and has grown to 140+ staff.

You’ll work across a strong pipeline of major projects including:

- Data Centres
- Health
- Education
- High-Rise Commercial
- Large-scale multidisciplinary developments

Opportunity 2 – Intermediate Mechanical Engineer | High-End Commercial

Join a high-performing mechanical team within an established national consultancy with four offices across Australia. You’ll work across premium commercial and workplace fitout projects, partnering with some of Australia’s and the world’s most recognisable organisations,



including Westpac, Amazon, Microsoft and Netflix.

This is a great option if you enjoy being close to your projects and clients and want to develop beyond pure design into project delivery and client engagement.

What I'm Looking For

Ideally, you'll have:

- Australian Mechanical Building Services consultancy experience
- Experience designing HVAC / mechanical systems
- Approximately 3+ years' industry experience
- Strong communication and project delivery skills
- Revit experience advantageous
- A desire to continue developing technically and professionally
