The Role

Based in our Canberra office, where you’ll work closely with senior engineers delivering structural solutions across a strong pipeline of commercial and development projects. You’ll be trusted to contribute meaningfully- not just design and disappear.

- Multi-level/ High Rise residential/ commercial
- Education (public & private)
- Healthcare facilities
- Commercial / office developments
- Bulky goods retail & light industrial

What You’ll Do

- Deliver structural design solutions across commercial projects
- Prepare engineering calculations and analysis
- Contribute to concept through to detailed design
- Produce clear, buildable documentation
- Coordinate with architects, builders, and internal teams
- Support drafting teams in delivering construction drawings
- Attend site and respond to real-world construction challenges
- Engage in design reviews and QA processes

What We’re Looking For

- Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
- 3–6 years’ experience in Australian structural consulting
- Solid exposure to commercial structural design
- Solid understanding of Australian Standards
- Experience with Concrete and Steel Structures and basement shoring design is an advantage
- Experience with tools such as SpaceGass, ETABS, RAM Concept
