Our Client:On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experiencedInternal Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their Head Office team. Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver effective recruitment outcomes. This is a high-volume blue collar, end-to-end recruitment role, recruiting for positions such as mobile plant operators, trades and processing personnel.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Advertising roles and sourcing suitable candidates
- Shortlisting and assisting with interviews
- Recruitment administration and coordination




- Building robust relationships with and advising hiring managers
- Understanding the needs of the business to provide tailored recruitment advice

Requirements:

- Previous experience in an internal recruitment or talent acquisition role
- Experience recruiting within the mining and resources sector
- Previous experience in recruiting high-volume blue-collar roles such as mobile plant operators, trades, processing positions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to think outside the box
- Ability to build strong relationships and understand hiring managers’ needs
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes
