What You'll Be Doing

- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Preparing quotations and following up opportunities
- Processing customer orders, invoices and delivery documentation
- Coordinating with production to confirm specifications and delivery schedules
- Tracking orders through to completion and dispatch
- Building strong relationships with customers across Australia




- Maintaining accurate sales and customer records
- Assisting with general sales administration and customer support activities

About You You enjoy working with people, take pride in delivering excellent service and have a proactive approach to getting things done.

You'll ideally bring:

- Previous experience in internal sales, customer service or sales support
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial, automotive or trade-related industries (highly regarded)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn technical products
