Role Description The Investment Analyst at Esencia - Limpieza con propósito will support the evaluation and monitoring of investment opportunities aligned with the organization’s mission. This part-time, remote role involves conducting financial and market research, building and updating financial models, and preparing concise reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

The Investment

Analyst will assist in portfolio monitoring, performance tracking, and risk assessment, as well as help develop recommendations to optimize capital allocation. The role also includes collaborating with team members to ensure that investment decisions reflect both financial sustainability and social impact priorities.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Investments and Finance, with the ability to understand different asset classes and capital structures.




- Demonstrated Analytical Skills and experience in Financial Modeling for evaluating and comparing investment opportunities.
- Knowledge of Portfolio Management principles, including diversification, risk/return analysis, and performance measurement.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; familiarity with BI or data visualization tools is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an accessible, structured manner.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote, part time setting.
- Interest in mission-driven organizations and impact-focused investing is highly beneficial.
