Investment Analyst – Renewable Energy

- Work across project finance, capital raising and investment execution across a growing energy infrastructure platform.
- End-to-end transaction exposure spanning financial modelling, due diligence, debt financing and equity.
- Direct line to senior leadership and external capital providers on live transactions.

Our client is a leading renewable energy and infrastructure platform. They're looking for an execution-focused Investment Analyst to play a central role in delivering it. This is a genuine seat at the table across the full transaction lifecycle – from origination and structuring through to financial close – on a growing portfolio of energy transition assets moving through development, construction and operations. This role will manage due diligence processes, coordinate advisers and financiers, build investment committee materials, maintain financial models,



and analyse revenue and offtake structures – all while contributing to portfolio-level strategic thinking. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with internal technical, commercial and development teams, plus external lenders, investors and counterparties, providing real deal exposure and ownership.

Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years' experience in investment banking, infrastructure investing, project finance, corporate finance, or energy development, with strong financial modelling and transaction execution, including building and reviewing complex project finance cashflow models. Exposure to renewable energy, battery storage, infrastructure or adjacent real asset sectors is a solid plus.
