Role Description The Investment Banking Analyst / Junior Investment Banking Analyst (Entry / Junior Level) role at UC Exhibition is a full time remote position focused on supporting investment and financial decision-making. In this role, the analyst will build and maintain financial models, assist with valuation and scenario analysis, and support transaction planning for the company’s growth and project investments.

The analyst will conduct financial research and due diligence on potential partners, projects, and markets, preparing clear reports and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders. Day-to-day work includes analyzing financial statements, monitoring performance metrics, preparing investment memos, and collaborating cross-functionally with operations and management teams to align financial insights with business strategy. The analyst will also contribute to continuous improvement in financial processes and tools to support informed, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance and Investment Banking, with knowledge of corporate finance, valuation concepts, and capital markets.




- Ability to perform Financial Modeling and quantitative analysis to support forecasting, valuation, and scenario planning.
- Excellent Analytical Skills and attention to detail for interpreting financial data and identifying key insights.
- Experience or training in Due Diligence, including reviewing financial statements, market data, and operational information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency in Excel and common financial analysis tools; familiarity with PowerPoint or similar software for presentations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-specialist audiences.
- Self-motivated and organized, able to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Interest in the events, exhibitions, or production industry is beneficial; prior internship or project experience in finance or consulting is a plus.
