Role Description The IT Support Analyst role at TA Embedded is a part-time, remote position responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to internal teams and platform users. This role includes diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, assisting with account access and system configuration, and documenting support requests and solutions. The IT Support Analyst will monitor support channels, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and escalate complex issues when necessary.

The role also involves maintaining knowledge base articles, contributing to system testing, and collaborating with content and engineering teams to ensure a stable and user-friendly digital setting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Support skills, with experience handling user inquiries and resolving common IT issues.




- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose problems and identify effective solutions.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Information Technology, including operating systems, networks, and web-based platforms.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with users and documenting incidents.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with remote support tools, familiarity with learning platforms or content hubs, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- A relevant certification or coursework in IT support, computer science, or a related field is an advantage, as is prior experience in a help desk or service desk environment.
