We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Data Insights Analyst to turn complex datasets into explicit, actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys exploring data, identifying meaningful patterns, building reports, and helping teams make smarter, evidence-based decisions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various business sources.
- Clean, validate, and prepare datasets for analysis and reporting.
- Explore data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Track key performance indicators and highlight important business trends.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and data requests from different departments.
- Translate analytical findings into clear insights and practical recommendations.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Sales, and other teams.
- Investigate unusual data changes and assist with identifying potential root causes.
- Maintain documentation for datasets, dashboards, reports, and analytical workflows.
- Recommend improvements to reporting processes, data quality,



and accessibility.

? What We’re Looking For

- Basic proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Google Sheets .
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of statistics, data analysis, and business metrics.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and investigative mindset.
- Comfortable learning new analytical tools and technologies.
- Organized approach to handling datasets, reports, and deadlines.
- Genuine curiosity about data and its role in business decision-making.
