We’re looking for a dependable, curious, and technology-focused IT Support Officer to help employees resolve technical issues and keep workplace systems operating smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, learning new technologies, and providing clear, practical support to users.

? Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level technical assistance for hardware, software, accounts, and workplace applications.
- Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
- Assist with user account setup, password resets, access permissions, and device configuration.
- Install, configure, update, and maintain approved software and applications.
- Diagnose basic Wi-Fi, network connectivity, and peripheral issues.
- Manage IT support tickets and follow up on outstanding technical requests.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, equipment, accounts, and support activities.
- Assist with technology setup for new employees and internal transfers.
- Escalate complex incidents to senior IT teams or external service providers.
- Create simple troubleshooting guides and internal IT documentation.
- Support routine system updates, maintenance, backups,



and basic security procedures.

? What We’re Looking For

- Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, hardware, and networking.
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar workplace tools.
- Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi, IP addresses, DNS, and common connectivity issues.
- Strong troubleshooting and logical problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication and good interpersonal abilities.
- Patient and comfortable assisting users with different levels of technical knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple support requests effectively.
- Proactive mindset and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
