Your Role

n

As a Kitchen Steward, you'll play an important role in supporting the smooth operation of our kitchens. Working across a variety of restaurants, cafes and event venues, you'll help maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organisation while supporting our culinary teams during daily service.

n

Where You'll Make an Impact

n

- Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas.
n
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
n
- Support kitchen teams with general cleaning and basic preparation duties.
n
- Follow food safety,



hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures.
n
- Assist with waste disposal and ensure back-of-house areas remain clean and organised.
n
- Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow stewarding team members during busy service periods.
n

What We're Looking For

You are a reliable and motivated team member who takes pride in maintaining a clean and organised workplace. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working as part of a team and are willing to assist wherever needed.

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

n

n
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, hospitality or cleaning environment is advantageous.
n
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
n
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
n
- Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
n
- Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
n
- Valid working rights in Australia for a minimum of six months.
n
- Open Australian driver licence preferred for some roles.
n
