We are seeking an SAP HXM Functional Consultant to join our team. The role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

n

n
- Strong experience in SAP HXM and SAP SuccessFactors.
n
- Hands-on experience with one or more SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central.
n
- Robust SAP consulting and client-facing experience.
n
- Experience across SAP implementation or transformation projects.
n
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
n




- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a project team.
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
n

Security clearance NV1 security clearance is required for this role.
