Some tasks as part of this role include:

- To manage the external architectural agency as an extension of Knauf's internal resources, ensuring agreed service levels, activity levels, lead quality and market coverage are achieved.

- To coordinate and oversee agency-delivered services including brand awareness campaigns, architectural introductions, CPD group presentations and national webinar opportunities, with a focus on increasing reach to specifiers earlier in the project lifecycle.

- To work closely with engineering, sales, category, technical and marketing teams to align architectural activity with business priorities, strategic projects, product initiatives and campaign objectives.

- To ensure architects, designers and engineering consultants are kept informed of relevant recent products, systems, technical developments and available support resources.

- To provide market intelligence on competitor activity, specification trends,

customer needs and project movements to support strategic decision-making and commercial planning.

- To support and coordinate CPD and product education activity for the design community in partnership with internal presenters, technical teams and the external agency

- To manage relationships with major architectural practices nationally and build Knauf's profile as a front-of-mind choice for wall and ceiling systems within the architectural and interior design community.
