We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager who loves meeting people, building partnerships and helping homeowners unlock the potential of their investment properties.

n

OTE of $110K+ (including base salary, car allowance and an uncapped commission structure), plus a strong pipeline of warm inbound leads, higher commissions for self-generated business and the backing of one of Australia's leading short-term rental brands.

n

This isn't a "close the deal and move on" sales role. You'll own the homeowner journey from first conversation through to property launch, building long-term relationships and becoming a trusted advisor along the way.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Convert warm inbound leads into new management agreements
n
- Generate new business through networking, referrals and strategic partnerships
n
- Meet homeowners, inspect properties and assess their short-term rental potential
n
- Prepare tailored proposals and negotiate new agreements
n
- Guide homeowners through onboarding and property launch
n
- Work closely with our Operations, Marketing and Revenue teams to ensure every property launches successfully
n




- Build lasting relationships that drive referrals and long-term growth
n
- You'll work across Adelaide, West Beach, Glenelg, the Adelaide Hills and the Fleurieu Peninsula, giving you plenty of variety and autonomy every week.

What You'll Bring

- Experience in business development, sales, real estate, property or another relationship-focused role
n
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
n
- A proactive mindset and the drive to create your own success
n
- Excellent organisation and follow-through
n
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
- Experience in real estate, property management or short-term accommodation is highly regarded, but not essential.
n
- No South Australian Sales Representative Licence? No problem—we'll fully fund your training and support you to obtain it during your first year.
