KeyResponsibilities

- Prepare,mix, knead, ferment and bake breads and bakery products.

- Operatecommercial bakery equipment.

- Monitordough quality and baking processes.

- Maintainfood safety and hygiene standards.

- Assistwith stock control and minimise waste.





- Maintaina clean and organised bakery.

- Workcollaboratively to achieve daily production targets.

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

- Minimumone (1) year of relevant full time experience as a Baker.

- Relevantbaking qualification is highly regarded.

- Experienceworking within a commercial bakery.

- Knowledgeof bread production and baking techniques.

- Abilityto work early morning shifts.

- Strongattention to detail and commitment to quality.
