This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for a Property Manager who is confident, organised & ready to take ownership of their portfolio.

Portfolio based role, you manage your portfolio end to end with full accountability.

n

Dedicated Administration and Trust Accounting support.

n

Work directly with an involved Principal who mentors, supports & values performance.

n

Established agency for over 30 years.

Requirements for the role:

2+ years of portfolio based Property Management experience

n

Communicate clearly & confidently, both written & verbal

n

Organised, qualified and proactive

n

Commitment to providing excellent customer service

n

Attractive remuneration package based on experience and performance with a company vehicle and fuel provided.
