n What you'll be doing?

- Provide outstanding customer experience: Ensure a seamless new home journey for our customers from start to finish.

- Supervise construction projects: Manage multiple new home builds with a focus on customer service, quality, safety, and agreed timelines.
n
- Coordinate schedules: Work closely with your team to ensure a smooth build process.
n
- Build partnerships: Develop respectful and cooperative relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and team members.
n
- Ensure quality and safety: Collaborate with our HSE team to uphold high standards of workplace health and safety.
n




- Quality control: Conduct quality control and QA reporting before job handover.

Who are they looking for?

- Supervisory experience: Minimum 5 years of building supervision experience in the residential custom build construction industry.
n
- Strong residential knowledge: A deep understanding of residential building practices and best practices.
n
- Excellent communication: Ability to effectively manage simultaneous projects and communicate with customers, trades, and team members.

- Strong organizational skills: Ability to remain calm and professional, even under pressure.

- Great reputation: Candidates with a good reputation and a solid desire to build market-leading homes for valued customers.
