Job Description

AIA Australia is hiring a Senior Member Experience Consultant to join our Contact Centre. You will oversee the Member Experience team, mentor staff, and ensure timely responses to member inquiries across calls and emails, while supporting daily operations and quality performance.

Successful candidates will have prior team coordination in a contact centre, familiarity with HAMBS/e5, and solid communication, time management, and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment.
