Are you a motivated and reliable individual looking to advance your career in the Information Technology industry? We have an exciting opportunity with one of our valued clients for a 2-Year IT Traineeship, including Microsoft training and certification opportunities, based in Barton, ACT.

About the Role

Throughout this 2-year earn-while-you-learn traineeship, you'll develop practical IT skills through real-world project experience, mentorship, and exposure to a range of technologies and client environments. You will have opportunities to:

- Assist with the setup, testing and deployment of technology solutions
- Support project teams in delivering IT solutions for clients
- Help evaluate business requirements and contribute to solution recommendations
- Develop experience across cloud, cyber security, networking and Microsoft technologies

What We're Looking for:

- Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person
- Enthusiasm for technology and a genuine willingness to learn
- Positive, reliable, and has robust communication skills
- Organised, time management focused, and enjoys problem-solving
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Has a current driver's licence and can access reliable transport
- Ability to pass and obtain a National Police Check (future security clearances may also be required)
- Commitment to completing the 2-year traineeship and pursuing a career in IT
