Jewellery Designer

Our client is looking for passionate Jewellery Designer to join their team based in Narellan. They are looking for a full-time Jewellery Designer who can work in-store at their Jewellery store based in the heart of Narellan Town Centre. Creating original designs of jewellery pieces. Working with precious metals, gemstones, using engraving, casting and fabrication to take a piece from first concept through to a finished design for clients.

The main responsibilities of the position:

- Working closely with the Jewellery Store Manager.
- Complete jewellery jobs on-site in workshop.
- Design custom pieces of jewellery for clients.
- Liaising between the production team and sales team as needed.
- Allocating components and raw materials to orders in a timely manner.
- Helping to maintain production schedule as needed to ensure on-time delivery.




- Maintaining weekly and monthly records including job repair log, delivery reports, and other reports if needed.
- Assist with custom design and manufacture of jewellery pieces
- Customer service and sales as required
- Repair of jewellery

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience with precious metals
- Experience with precious stones and diamonds minimum of 2 years
- Formal trade qualifications as a Jeweller
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Be reliable and trustworthy
- Positive personality
- Be punctual and have a positive work ethic
- Show initiative and be motivated
