CLUB MANAGER OPPORTUNITIES

Our Club Managers are responsible for helping lead the day-to-day operation of the club while driving team performance, member satisfaction, sales and overall club standards. We are looking for experienced leaders who can:

- Lead, motivate and develop a team
- Drive membership sales and business growth
- Manage daily club operations
- Maintain high standards of presentation and customer service
- Monitor KPIs and team performance
- Build strong relationships with members
- Assist with staff training, rostering and performance management
- Take ownership and accountability for club results
- Create a positive and high-performance team culture

Previous management or leadership experience is preferred, particularly within fitness, hospitality, retail or another customer-focused industry.

ADMINISTRATION MANAGER OPPORTUNITIES

Our Administration Managers play an important role in keeping the business organised, efficient and operating to a high standard.



This position is suited to someone who is highly organised, commercially minded, process-driven and confident managing administrative responsibilities across a busy business environment.

Responsibilities may include

- Overseeing day-to-day administration processes
- Managing and maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Supporting membership administration and account processes
- Assisting with financial administration, reporting and reconciliation
- Managing invoices, payments and general business administration
- Maintaining internal systems and databases
- Supporting management with reporting and business administration
- Ensuring processes and procedures are followed consistently
- Coordinating administrative tasks across the club
- Assisting with staff administration and documentation
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and efficiency
- Supporting the Club Manager and senior management team
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

We are looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, reliable, proactive and able to work independently. Experience in administration, business operations, finance, accounts, fitness, retail or a similar environment will be highly regarded.

MEMBERSHIP CONSULTANT OPPORTUNITIES

Our Membership Consultants are responsible for helping prospective members discover what World Gym can offer them and converting enquiries and leads into new memberships.

The role involves

- Following up new membership enquiries
- Conducting club tours
- Understanding customer goals and needs
- Presenting membership options
- Converting leads into memberships
- Following up prospective members
- Providing an exceptional customer experience
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective members

Previous sales experience is beneficial, but we are also interested in people with the right attitude and personality who are eager to develop their sales skills.

RECEPTION & CUSTOMER SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES

Our Reception team is the face of World Gym and plays an significant role in creating an exceptional experience for every member who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities can include

- Welcoming members and guests
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Answering member enquiries
- Assisting with memberships and account enquiries
- Processing retail transactions
- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional reception area
- Assisting with general administration
- Supporting the wider club team
- Helping create a welcoming and positive club environment
