Role Description This is a full-time React Native Developer – Mobile role based in Sydney, NSW, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of in-office and work-from-home days. The developer will build, maintain, and optimize mobile applications using React Native, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver user-friendly and reliable features.

Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end components, integrating with back-end services and APIs, ensuring performance and responsiveness, and writing clean, testable code. The role also involves reviewing code, troubleshooting issues,



participating in agile ceremonies, and contributing to technical decisions that improve the mobile experience for Guardia’s customers.

Qualifications

- Strong front-end development skills, including experience with React Native and JavaScript for mobile user interface implementation.
- Experience with back-end web development and software development practices, including working with APIs, data models, and integration workflows.
- Proficiency with state management libraries such as Redux.js and familiarity with modern JavaScript tooling and frameworks.
- Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, performance optimization, testing, and debugging on iOS and Android platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid workplace, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with secure coding practices, RESTful or GraphQL APIs, and CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with property-tech or financial services products is an advantage but not required.
