Role Description This full time remote Junior Developer role at Perú Te Quiero Limpio involves supporting the development, maintenance, and improvement of internal and customer-facing digital solutions. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers, fixing bugs, and implementing small features.

The Junior

Developer will collaborate with the engineering and product teams to understand requirements, participate in code reviews, and follow established development workflows. The role also includes testing functionalities, updating technical documentation, and learning new tools and technologies to contribute effectively to ongoing projects.

Qualifications

- Foundational programming skills in at least one common language (such as JavaScript, Python, or Java) and basic knowledge of software development principles.
- Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, basic frontend frameworks) and familiarity with RESTful APIs or similar integration methods.




- Ability to work with version control systems (such as Git) and follow collaborative development practices.
- Basic knowledge of debugging, testing, and problem-solving techniques for software applications.
- Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and receive feedback, with an interest in growing within a technical role.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a full-time remote environment.
- Degree, diploma, or self-taught training in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
