Role Description We are looking for an up-and-coming Junior Digital/Web Designer with a sharp eye for visual craft and a genuine passion for digital design.

This role is ideal for a talented student or emerging designer looking to gain hands-on agency experience. Your main superpower is design, typography, layout, colour, and intuitive interface design. While development isn't your primary responsibility, an interest in web development, no-code tools (Webflow, Framer, etc.), or AI-driven design tools is a massive bonus that will let you stretch your creative muscles.

Qualifications

- Strong Web Design and Responsive Web Design skills to create modern, user-friendly digital experiences.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics production for web, including icons, imagery, and visual assets.
- Foundational Front-End Development skills (e.g., HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) is a bonus




- Experience using industry-standard design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar) and basic prototyping workflows.
- Understanding of UX principles, accessibility best practices, and mobile-first design approaches.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and commitment to version control and organised file management.
- Effective communication skills, ability to work independently in a remote environment, and openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
- Relevant education or training in design, digital media, or a related field; a portfolio demonstrating web and digital design work is required.
