This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and reliable Junior Installer looking to start or build a long-term career in a hands-on trade environment. Full training will be provided, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position.
What You Will Be Doing As a Junior Installer, you will work alongside experienced team members to assist with the installation of parking and safety infrastructure across a variety of customer sites throughout the Perth metro area. You will travel to the branch each morning to collect tools, equipment, and materials before heading to site to complete installation work.
Your Duties Will Include Assisting with the installation of bollards, wheel stops, bike racks, speed humps, signage, and other parking and safety infrastructure
Travelling to customer sites across the Perth metropolitan area
Safely operating hand and power tools
Loading and unloading tools, equipment, and installation materials
Taking site photos and completing basic job documentation using a tablet
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Representing the company professionally while working onsite with customers
Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times
Roster Morning Shift
Monday to Friday
Approximately 40 hours per week plus reasonable overtime
Occasional weekend work may be required for regional installations
$37.98 per hour + Super (base rate plus penalties)
What You Will Need Current Driver's Licence (essential)
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking approach
Physically fit and capable of completing manual handling tasks
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
Basic mechanical aptitude and an interest in hands-on work
White Card (highly regarded)
Forklift Licence (highly regarded)
Previous labouring, construction, landscaping, or installation experience will be highly regarded
