They now would like a Junior or Intermediate Estimator to join their team with the goal of providing them a pathway to becoming a well rounded estimator who can complete whole tenders from start to finish, develop your own rates using first principles, deal with consultants and subbies, value engineer, create construction methodologies and programmes. In other words, help you develop the skills that will open doorways for your career.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

As this is a training role they are happy to work with a Junior or intermediate Estimator from another builder or a Junior or Intermediate QS from a PQS firm with a couple years experience or more.
