Role Description This part time, remote Junior Software Developer (Entry-Level / Associate) role supports the digital and operational needs of DELOUIS FILS SAS. The role involves assisting in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications used across the company’s internal systems and online platforms.

Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing basic features under guidance, fixing bugs, writing clean and well-documented code, and collaborating with senior developers to improve system performance and reliability.

The Junior Software

Developer will also participate in code reviews, help integrate data and services, and contribute to small projects that enhance efficiency and user experience for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and basic software engineering principles.
- Skills in Software Development and Programming, with the ability to write, test,



and debug code in at least one modern programming language.
- Understanding of Back-End Web Development, including server-side logic, APIs, and database integration.
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and ability to apply OOP principles to design and implement modular, maintainable code.
- Relevant academic background (e.g., degree or ongoing studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly with a distributed team.
- Interest in the food, manufacturing, or FMCG sector and willingness to learn about business processes in a culinary-focused company.
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and basic collaborative development practices is beneficial.
