About the role
Off the back of continued growth, we’re hiring a Key Sales Account Manager to win and grow major corporate accounts across Australia — Tier 1 ($2.5M+), Tier 2 ($750K+) and Tier 3 ($250K+). You’ll deal directly with senior decision makers inside some of the country’s largest enterprises and build high-value partnerships that last for decades.
Key responsibilities
- Win current Tier 1–3 accounts and hit your quarterly and annual sales, gross profit and KPI targets
- Build your annual sales strategy and a pipeline of the right clients
- Map target enterprises — decision makers, buying drivers, and the relationships needed to win
- Create and execute live account-acquisition plans, stress-tested with your Operations Manager
- Host clients and prospects to build rapport and move deals forward
- Defend and grow our major existing contracts, and generate new business from them
- Partner with Project Managers and Estimators to scope, quote and deliver — and steer tough negotiations to firm, fair, win-win outcomes
- Maintain an accurate pipeline in our CRM and ERP
About you
- 5+ years in sales, including at least 3 years consistently winning large enterprise accounts
- An established network of corporate decision makers — or the proven ability to build one fast
- Structured sales methodology experience (Miller-Heiman / TAS, SPIN)
- Experience working alongside project managers and/or engineers
- Strong Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP skills
- Sharp communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a driven, self-managing approach
- Willingness to learn how signs are estimated, manufactured and installed within your first three months
- Advantageous: Estimating experience and an understanding of construction drawings/plans. Prior experience in the sign and printing industry — or construction, FMCG or retail — is a real plus
About us Since 1903, Landells has been Australia's oldest and most trusted signage company. We branded the first Coles store over a century ago — and still do today, alongside Kmart, Officeworks and many of the nation's most iconic brands. From the country's largest pylon signs to national store rollouts and fast-turnaround events like the Australian Open and the Formula 1 Grand Prix, everything is designed, manufactured and installed entirely in-house.
