This is not a high-volume environment focused on pushing clients through a standard process. You will have the time and support to understand each client's circumstances, develop considered strategies and provide advice that makes a meaningful difference.

The role

Financial Adviser / Financial Planner

Sydney | Permanent, Full-Time

This is not a high-volume environment focused on pushing clients through a standard process. You will have the time and support to understand each client's circumstances, develop considered strategies and provide advice that makes a meaningful difference.

You will work with new and existing clients across:

n

n
- Wealth creation and investment strategies
n
- Superannuation and retirement planning
n
- Personal insurance and risk management
n




- Cashflow and debt management
n
- Estate planning, in collaboration with legal professionals
n

n

Your responsibilities will include conducting discovery meetings, developing holistic financial strategies, preparing compliant Statements and Records of Advice, managing ongoing client reviews and building trusted relationships with clients.

About you

n

You will be qualified and eligible to provide personal financial advice under current Australian regulatory requirements, with experience delivering holistic and compliant advice.

n

You will also be someone who:

n

n
- Takes the time to properly understand clients
n
- Explains complex financial matters clearly and practically
n
- Values long-term relationships over short‐term transactions
n
- Works with empathy, integrity and sound commercial judgement
n
- Enjoys being part of a team-oriented and supportive team
n

n

A CFP designation, or experience working within a boutique or privately owned advice practice, would be highly regarded.
