Job Description

Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to lead a 15+ person team and manage daily operations within your specialist area at our Brisbane store. You'll drive sales, stock accuracy, safety culture, and excellent customer service while reporting to the Site Manager.

You will train and develop your team, oversee roster planning including weekend shifts, and partner with Merchandising and Health & Safety to deliver Best Experience and best prices for customers.
