Hiring: Civil Supervisors - Multiple Locations (Darwin, Perth, Adelaide)

We're looking for 4 experienced Civil Supervisors to join our growing team across Australia. These are fantastic opportunities to lead high-impact projects in dynamic environments, including specialist defence sector work.

The Roles:

- 2 positions in Darwin - Lead civil teams on infrastructure
n
- 1 position in Perth - Oversee civil development projects
n
- 1 position in Adelaide - Manage civil operations across defence project portfolios
n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Proven track record managing civil construction teams on-site
n
- Robust technical knowledge of civil engineering practices and standards
n
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
n
- Experience with project scheduling, cost control, and safety compliance
n




- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
n
- Defence security clearance (or willingness to obtain) - advantageous for relevant positions
n

What You'll Do:

- Supervise daily site operations and coordinate with project teams
n
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
n
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
n
- Mentor and develop site personnel
n
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and subcontractors
