Garfield Pizzeria is looking for an experienced 2IC / Front of House Supervisor to join the team in Carlton.

This is a hands‐on role for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, thrives in a fast‐paced workplace and can stay across the many moving parts of a busy service.

Key responsibilities

n

Lead from the floor and keep service sharp, confident and seamless

n

Support, train and develop the FOH team

n

Work closely with the kitchen and management to deliver service with rhythm and precision

n

Stay across the floor, takeaway, bar and overall flow of service

n

Build genuine relationships with guests and regulars

n

Maintain high standards across service, presentation and the venue

n

Contribute to a team built on energy, pride and professionalism

n

About you

n

Previous hospitality supervisory or leadership experience

n

Availability for 30-38 hours per week, including weekends

n

A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience

n

Fast, switched-on and detail-oriented

n

Confident,



personable and naturally good at building rapport

n

Able to see what needs doing and act without always being asked

n

Reliable, self-aware and steady under pressure

n

Willing to lead by example and get your hands dirty

n
